We exist for professionals who want meaningful work and financial flexibility, and for the companies that need them to move their business forward.
Fractional professionals are experienced people who bring their skills, knowledge and credibility to organizations on a part-time basis, fully committed to the work, without the constraints of a traditional role.
Fractional work connects the right people with the right organizations at the right time, supporting companies and professionals alike as they navigate a future of work that is increasingly flexible, dynamic and human.

Strategic Advisor
I bring a blend of coaching, adult learning, and workforce development expertise to every project I take on, delivering practical solutions that help people and organizations build clarity, confidence and future-ready skills in a world where work is constantly evolving.
In 2024, I launched Future Ready Coaching and Consulting. Since then, I have advised an AI-based startup, helped a large organization reimagine onboarding, redesigned federally funded self-directed learning content, and served as a strategic advisor to a national education provider.
With two decades in post-secondary education, I taught and mentored emerging professionals and co-created the award-winning podcast Let's Talk Careers, exploring how work and careers continue to evolve.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from York University, a Graduate Certificate in Career Development from Conestoga College, a Master's in Adult Education from the University of Calgary, and an Organizational Coaching Certificate from the University of British Columbia.

Fractional Manager
I bring nearly two decades of experience in business development-centric roles across multinational organizations and fast-paced startups. For over a decade, I’ve cherished the tech startup space, specializing in GTM strategies. I’ve worked hands-on to help businesses go from 0 to 1—strategizing launches, refining positioning, building teams, and driving growth. Along the way, I have also worked as a consultant, taking on outcome-driven fractional roles to help startups scale.
My journey in Canada started in 2022 as a student, and like many newcomers, I hit a wall. I experienced the brutal reality of job market saturation firsthand. With the sheer volume of applicants, the inability to stand out and land a role in my area of passion was incredibly frustrating. That friction led me to start building a product to solve my own problem.
I eventually paused that project to lead strategic growth at an AI-native startup. However, witnessing the rapid acceleration of AI adoption made me realize the dynamics of the job market are going to change even more drastically. Knowing the future of work will demand incredible adaptability, I went back to building. Today, I am developing Fractional Manager to help professionals navigate this shift and confidently step into the future of fractional work.
